6月10日のイベントが終わりまして、椎茸の菌床が一つを残すようにしました。二三日でこんなになりました。漆喰と無垢の100％自然の環境で、本当に違うわ～と、1キロ以上に出ました。自社の工場でも１つの菌床が多くて600前後ですが、ショールームで1キロ以上だと本当にびっくりしました。
菌床の表面が見えないくらい、椎茸が出ています。
椎茸を袋に入れたら菌床より大きいです＾＾ｖ漆喰ってすごいですね。漆喰の家の中に植物栽培や、酵素や、味噌など作るのに最高です。有用菌がよく働いてくれますよ！
